Green Schools Student Brooke Leifer Releases “Un-BEE-lievable” New Video to Raise Awareness About Pollinators

share-the-love-cover5dRecording artist, Brooke Leifer, is proud to launch her new music video, Share the Love (the Pollinator Song), which was produced in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service.

This original song was written and recorded to help children and adults learn more about the importance of pollinators, their conservation, and their relationship to our everyday lives.

Pollinators are fundamental to maintaining healthy ecosystems and supporting global food security.  Share the Love (the Pollinator Song) was created as part of a multi-agency effort surrounding President Obama’s Pollinator Health Initiative, which seeks to create millions of acres of healthy pollinator habitat and educate the public on ways to engage in pollinator conservation efforts.

The Share the Love video was beautifully filmed during the Summer of 2016 with a wonderful supporting cast, including Woodsy Owl, America’s conservation icon, who was recently inducted into the Madison Avenue Advertising Walk of Fame, and Frankee Bee, who represents Franklin’s Bumblebee, an endangered species found only in Oregon and California.img_3737

Share the Love was produced in partnership with the USDA Forest Service, DOI – U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Green Schools, Pollinator Partnership and others.

Enjoy this amazing follow-up to Brooke’s award-winning, original environmental song, One Earth, which was made in partnership with Green Schools and released to great acclaim last year.
