Aahaan Jain

Fundraising Officer

Aahaan is a sophomore at Lynbrook High School in the Bay Area, California, and he is thrilled to serve as Fundraising Officer for Project Green Schools’ National Youth Council. He is the co-founder of ConServe, a nonprofit that has worked with over 20 school districts in California to pass school board climate action resolutions, impacting over 160,000 students. His work has also supported integration of air pollution literacy into school curriculum in over 400 schools throughout the state. At Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action, he co-leads the State Advocacy team, serving as the youth lead for the statewide coalition backing Senate Bill 1048 (the proposed Seal of Climate Literacy) alongside Ten Strands, the California PTA, Undaunted K12. He’s also deeply fascinated by the business world – as a National Officer for the Youth Economics Initiative, the largest coalition of high school economics clubs in the world, Aahaan is responsible for fundraising, applying to grants, and developing partnerships with financial institutions. He’s also an avid investor, regularly creating stock pitches to the National Youth Investment Fund, which contains $100K AUM. He’s had the honor of presenting his work to Stanford, UC Berkeley, the California PTA, and more. Outside of environmental advocacy and business, Aahaan has also conducted research at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Johns Hopkins University. In his free time, you can find Aahaan trying to beat his competitive typing PB (235 WPM!), traveling, or sleeping.
