Brett Feldman is Manager of Energy Efficiency at Rhode Island Energy, a PPL company. Prior to joining Rhode Island Energy, he was a research director at Guidehouse, a principal for demand response at Constellation Energy, an energy efficiency program manager for Eversource, and an energy consultant for ICF and Nexant. He has also served as the chair of the Business Issues Committee of the Association of Demand Response and Smart Grid, the chair of the New York Independent System Operator Price Responsive Load Working Group, the vice chair of the Independent System Operator-New England Demand Resources Working Group, and the co-chair of the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Committee. A Certified Energy Manager, Brett is a recipient of the Peak Load Management Alliance’s 2014 Outstanding Market Research Award and 2017 Thought Leader Award. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Boston University.
