Ella LeeHi! My name is Ella Lee and I am a junior from Dacula, Georgia. This will be my second year with Project Green Schools National Youth Council. I am thrilled and honored to be taking on the position of Communication Officer of the National Youth Council for the 2022-2023 school year. For the past few years, I have been able to grow my passion for the environment through actively participating in my school’s environmental club, my county’s Green Youth Advisory Council, and Project Green Schools. My experiences of working with students my age about our environment have shown me how much impact young people can have in shaping the community and the future. This year, as a Communication Officer, I hope to spread environmental awareness through social media, show what we strive for, and encourage more students to join Project Green School Youth Council. I am super grateful to be a part of this team and cannot wait for the incredible year that lies ahead!
