Erica N. Hines, MBA, is the Senior Director of the Renewable Energy Production Tracking System (PTS) Division at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC). She leads a team of 10 and manages IT platforms that annually distribute over $700 million in renewable energy incentives. With over 11 years in the clean energy sector and 25 years in management, Erica has developed and refined IT systems, managing the state’s incentive programs like the Solar Renewable and Alternative Energy Certificate and the Clean Peak Standard programs. She is committed to process optimization, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Erica holds a BS from Emmanuel College and an MBA from UMass Boston, and she is pursuing a second master’s degree in Business Analytics at UMass Boston. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted wife and mother to adult daughters, is passionate about giving back and actively participates in community service. She is deeply committed to advocating for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice and has also served as Committee Chair for MassCEC’s DEI Employee Resource Group.
