Project Green Schools is excited to welcome Marco Chaves as our Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative Fellow. In his Fellowship, Marco is working with PGS as an entrepreneurial leader to bring Energy, Environment and STEAM education opportunities and resources to new audiences in his home country of Costa Rica. We are excited to work with Marco throughout his journey contributing to social and economic development in his community.
Marco is co-founder and general manager for Biomatec. Biomatec offers agile, viable, innovative and multidisciplinary solutions for sustainable development through the analysis of technology, financial feasibility, environmental challenges and related public policies, from which we can create and implement the best alternative. Marco Chaves has experience in directing multiple projects that contribute to the fight against climate change.
